Here's a recent Village Voice article on South Korean pop mogul Jin Young Park, whose company JYP Entertainment recently branched out and set up shop in New York: Seoul Train. Park purchased a $4 million townhouse and turned the place into a dorm/recording studio, complete with party space below. He's like the Korean Berry Gordy, building his own Motown-like empire.
