This is an actual fast food chain restaurant spotted by a sharp-eyed reader during a recent trip to Mexico. Come on down to Ensenada and eat at La Cochinita Japanese Food Factory, where their logo is a slant-eyed, spectacled, buck-toothed, um, red sun... or something. I think somebody has seen
