the webseries premiere of megabot


Remember the trailer for the webseries MegaBot I posted a few months back? The first episode, presented by 5432 Films, is up and running now at Atom.com, and it's some damn funny stuff. It's sort of like Voltron or Power Rangers gone really really really wrong:
Seven years ago, five attractive, multi-ethnic students from Anytown High discovered mystical PowerSleeves. United, the PowerSleeves control MegaBot, a colossal crime-fighting robot, designed by Lord Galgon, who must defend Earth from BioBorg invasion, week after week...
MegaBot is directed by Nathan Kitada and Aaron T. Umetani, and produced by Chris Nguyen and Ryan Kim of Cherry Sky Films. It also stars Randall Park as (of course) Yellow. Side note: I'm fairly certain I went to college with Heather Anne Campbell, who plays Pink.
